We build your tech and keep it running.
TruSey is more than an IT company. We make systems a company runs on. We build AI that understands what comes in and acts on it. We build agents that carry out tasks on their own. Begin with any one of them, at any size.
Already running at Vilfresh.
A D2C dairy brand in Coimbatore. More than fifty people out on delivery routes each morning, and product samples given out each evening.
Before
- Attendance counted by hand
- Samples tallied in a notebook
- Sales traced back by memory
- The day reached the owner three days later
Now
- Attendance verified at the location, daily
- Routes assigned and tracked each day
- New customers captured out on the route
- The day reaches the owner as it happens
Built in days, then shaped by daily use. We understood the operation before we wrote anything.
Glide, for clinics.
AI clinic scheduling and WhatsApp token booking. Patients book on WhatsApp and come in when it is their turn.
Doctor calendars
Every doctor's weekly sessions, leave and late starts kept in one place. Patients are told when something changes.
The right doctor
Each patient says why they are coming, and Glide books the doctor who should see them, soonest first.
Predicted times
Glide learns how long each doctor takes and predicts when every patient will be seen.

The way we work.
The shape of a project is set long before the first line of code.
How it starts
Usually, a brief and a proposal.
With us, We spend time with your managers and the people doing the work until pattern is clear.
What gets decided
Usually, what you asked for.
With us, discover what to maintain, what to transform, and once we agree we build it together.
What you pay for
Usually, the number of people and the time they spend.
With us, you pay for the impact
We understand the work. Then build it.
Start anywhere.
Put it on a system
The register at the gate. The delivery notes retyped into Tally at seven in the evening. The stock count nobody trusts. In one place, in a form you can read.
Add intelligence
Invoices read without anyone typing them. Orders arriving by WhatsApp, sorted. Numbers checked against each other before they reach you.
Let it run itself
The follow-up that goes out every Monday. The report someone assembles each month. Built to pause and ask a person when the answer is unclear.
Each of these stands on its own. Come to us for a system, for AI, or for agents, and that is where we begin. A company with everything already on software often comes for intelligence alone. One still on paper may take the first step. A ten-person firm can be ready for agents while a large one is still moving its attendance off a register. Every combination is normal.
The cost sits in the structure.
Every firm now uses AI, and their engineers working hours are benefited. What a project costs still depends on how many people it passes through.
The usual shape
A project moves through a manager, a lead, a developer and a junior. The roles are set at the start, before anyone knows what the work turns out to need. A one-day change travels the same road as a six-month build. AI shortens the hours each of them spends, but still it passes through the same set of people.
Ours
One person owns the project from start to finish. Everything stays open at the start. Once the work is understood, we bring in the hands it needs, and the number changes as the work changes. A large build draws in more. A small update stays small.
The calendar halves. The bill falls much further than that.
The structure is what makes the difference.
How we price.
The build
The whole build, quoted together. We price it by the load.
The running
We stay with it after it goes live. Repairs, adjustments, new people, and keeping it sharp.
Adding to it
New work carries its own price. Each addition costs less to carry than the one before.
We start with a map.
Before any work begins, we spend time with your managers and the people doing the work, and lay out what we find. We get a clear picture of how the work moves, and where the hours are going. Then we say what we would change, and why. Once we agree, we get to work.
What people ask.
What does TruSey do?
We make the systems a company runs on attendance, stock, orders, billing, whatever the day is made of. Where hours go into reading, sorting or checking, we bring AI to it. Where the same work returns each day, we build agents to carry it. Understanding how the work moves comes ahead of all of it.
How much does it cost?
The build is quoted together and priced by the load. Once it is live, a monthly keeps it running and covers repairs, adjustments and new people. Where cloud or messaging services are part of it, that cost is shown on its own.
How does this compare with Tally or Zoho?
They are good products, and we use them where they fit. Software exists for almost everything now. What is rarer is someone who sits with a company, works out what belongs where, and stays with it once it is running.
How long does it take?
The first version tends to arrive quickly, because the time goes into understanding the work. A firmer answer comes with the map, once the shape of it is clear.
Why can you charge less than a larger firm?
A project that goes through a manager, a lead, a developer and a junior carries all four, whatever its size. AI shortens the hours each of them spends, and the four remain. We work without those layers. One person owns the project and the number of people stays flexible with what the work asks for, so the hours come down and the number of people comes down with them.
If we stop the monthly, what happens?
The system keeps running and the data stays yours. What ends is our part the repairs, the adjustments, and keeping it sharp.
